Abstract
This paper studies the utilization of the upper liquid in trans-glycosidation of starch and alcohol. The upper liquid was used to replace the long-chain alcohol in trans-glycosidation for synthesis of starch polyglycosides with starch. The optimum reaction conditions were determined with the degree of polymerization as the optimization objective. The product was characterized by FT-IR,GC-MS. The physico-chemical properties were contrasted with the starch polyglycosides produced from starch and alcohol. The results demonstrated that the synthesized product was starch polyglycosides, and the properties were up to national standards. The recycling method was feasible for industrial production.关键词
