Abstract
[Objective]To explore the distribution rule of constitutional type of patients with emotion disease in different ages.[Methods]Sixty patients with emotional disease were selected as research object and another 60 healthy persons as the control group.Using single factor logistic regression analysis the correlation between different ages with emotional diseases was studied; Synthetically, the constitution type of patients with emotional disease was analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine constitutional scale, and the distribution law of various sex, age and its rule was explored.[Results]According to the distribution of constitution type from both groups it as fond that the frequency statistic result of Qi-stagnation in group with emotional disease was obviously higher than the normal group with significant difference between them (P＜0.001).It was also discovered that the yin-deficiency constitution, mildly constitution in emotional disease group was markedly less than those in normal control group with statistic difference (P＜0.05, P＜0.001).The distribution law of constitutional type in patients with emotional disease in different ages was investigated.The analyzed result of 60 patients with emotional disease, including youth patients and midlife aged patients showed that the frequency of the constitutional type had no significant difference through Qi-squire test.However, the Yang-deficiency constitution was significantly different in old patients comparing with the patients of youth stage and midlife stage (P＜0.01 ,P＜0.05).[Conclusion]Youth stage was located in the high incidence stage of emotional diseases, Qistagnation constitution was the potential disease constitution of emotional diseases, pathogenic orientation of mildly constitution and Yindeficiency was less, but Yang-deficiency of old stage was increased.关键词
