一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌株P33的最优发酵条件和絮凝特性研究
Study on optimum fermentation conditions and flocculation characteristics of a high efficient microbial fiocculant-producing strain P33

Abstract
A bacteria strain, B-6-1, capable of producing a biofloeculant was isolated form activate sludge and the strain P33 was obtained by UV mutation technology which the yield of flocculants was 98.5%. It was identified as an Enterobacter based on its morphological and physiological characteristics. The replication stability test showed that the strain P33 fioceulation performance was good. The optimum fermentation conditions and flocculation characteristics tests of strain P33 showed that the optimum fermentation condition as follows: sucrose 20 g, urea 0.75 g, KH2PO4 2g, K2HPO4 5g, NaCl 0. 1 g, yeast 0.75 g per 1 L fermentation culture; pH 7 ~8,culture temperature 28 ℃, 160 r/min, culture time 20 h. The best fioeculation results for 100 mL oil refinery wastewater were obtained when 1% (m/m) CaCl2 solution dosage was 3 mL, microbial flocculant was 0. 05 mL.关键词
