微生物絮凝剂产生菌KJ-10的絮凝性能及絮凝成分分析
Flocculating property and ingredient analysis of the microbial flocculant-producing strain KJ-10

Abstract
A highly-efficient biofiocculant-producing strain KJ-10 was screened from refinery oily sludge,which was identified as Bacillus sp. In order to further investigate the flocculating property and ingredient of the strain, the treatment effect of KJ-10 on kaolin suspension and oily wastewater was measured and the thermal stability was studied. The flocculating ingredient by UV, IR, GC-MS and measurement its polysaccharide content was analyzed. The results showed that the bioflocculant which was produced by strain KJ-10 had 97.47% of flocculation efficiency to gaolin clay suspension. It also had certain treatment effects on refinery oily wastewater, and the flocculation rate was up to 94.96% , the removal rate of petroleum and COD could reach to 50.75% and 45.23%, respectively. It had good thermal stability, and its flocculating activity could keep above 81% after being heated at 90℃ for 30 min; the bioflocculant with the polysaccharide structure, and its polysaccharide content was 54%. It was probably composed by glucose and rhamnose.关键词
