Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids of Cynomorium songaricum
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids of Cynomorium songaricum. METHODS:The extraction technology of total flavonoids of C. songaricum was optimized by orthogonal experiment using ethanol concentration, ultrasonic extract time, temperature, the liquid-solid ratio as factors and the content of total flavonoids as index. RESULTS:The best extraction conditions was as follows: 80％ ethanol, liquid-solid ratio of 1:30, 40 ℃ ultrasonic extraction for 50 min. The content of total flavonoids of C. songaricum was 10.05％. CONCLUSION: The extraction method is simple, convenient, rapid and applicable for the extraction of total flavonoids from C. songaricum.关键词
