Preparation and Identification of TimosaponinA-Ⅲ and Timosaponin C
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preparation methods and identification of timosaponinA-Ⅲ and timosaponin C of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.METHODS: Substance control were isolated and prepared by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column and Sephadcx LH-20 column, reverse phase ODS chromatography column.The structures of timosaponinA-Ⅲ and timosaponin C of A.asphodeloides were identified by IR, MS, NMR spectrum.RESULTS: The purity of isolated timosaponin A- Ⅲ and timosaponin C from A.asphodeloides was more than 98％.CONCLUSION: Results of this study provide material basis for new drug development of timosaponin.关键词
