Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination ofβ,β′-dimethylacrylalkannin in Radix Arnebiae.METHODS: Improved HPLC method was adopted and samples were prepared by mobile phase. Kromasil 100-5 C18(150 mn×4.6mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-formic acid (700:300:0.5)at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. RESULTS: β,β′-dimethylacrylalkarnin had good linearity in the range of 0.16-3.20 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.46％ (RSD=1.90％ ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and feasible for content determination of Radix Arnebiae. Method verification is up to the standard.关键词
