中药外洗与头孢拉定治疗婴幼儿支气管炎的经济学分析
Economics Analysis of Washing with Chinese Medicine and Cephradine in the Treatment of Infantile Bronchitis

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study cost-effectiveness of washing with Chinese medicine and cephradine in the treatment of infantile bronchitis. METHODS: 81 cases of infantile brochitis were randojmly divided into cephradine for injection group and cephradine for injection combined with Chinese medicine for external washing group. The cost-effectiveness of two groups were compared.RESULTS: There were statistical significance in effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reaction (P＜0.05). The average total cost of washing with Chinese medicine was (2 058.6 ± 757.3) yuan, which was smaller than cephradine group of (2 592.6 ± 1 125.8) yuan (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Washing with Chinese medicine possesses cost-effectiveness advantage.关键词
