摘要

Abstract

Features and research progress of hydrothermal or solvent - thermal methods for preparation of spherical, filiform and bar type ZnS nano - particle materials were summarized. The important action of surfactants on the morphology of nano - particle materials was discussed. The existing problems of hydrothermal or solvent -thermal methods as well as their future perspectives were pointed out.
