广西地区壮、汉族原发性脑出血患者凝血因子ⅩⅢA亚单位Pro564Leu基因多态性的研究
Investigation on the polymorphism of coagulation factor ⅩⅢ A subunit Pro564Leu gene in Zhuang and Han patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in Guangxi district

Abstract
Objective To investigate the polymorphism of coagulation factor ⅩⅢ A subunit (FⅩⅢA) Pro564Leu gene in Zhuang and Han patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in Guangxi district. Methods PCR restriction fragment length polymorphis (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect the polymorphism of FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu gene in 193 ICH patients ( ICH group, including 31 Zhuang patients and 162 Han patients) and 193 normal controls (normal control group, including 30 Zhuang persons and 163 Han persons). And then, the genotypes and allele frequency of all the groups were compared with each other. Results Compared with normal control group and its Han subgroup respectively, the rates of Pro/Pro genotypes of FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu gene in ICH group and its Han subgroup were significantly decreased, and the rates of Pro/Leu genotypes and Leu/Leu genotypes and the frequency of Leu allele in ICH group and its Han subgroup were significantly increased (all P ＜ 0. 01 ). Compared with zhuang subgroup in normal control group, the frequency of Leu allele in Zhuang subgroup of ICH group was significantly increased (P ＜ 0. 05). In the ICH group, there was no significant difference of FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu genotypes and Leu allele frequency between Zhuang subgroup and Han subgroup. And in the normal control group, there was no significant difference of FⅩⅢA Pro564Leu genotypes and Leu allele frequency between Zhuang subgroup and Han subgroup. Conclusion F ⅩⅢA Pro564Leu mutation can increase the risk of ICH, and there may not have any difference of the risk between the Zhuang and Han populations in Guangxi district.关键词
