磁共振弥散加权成像对急性脑梗死的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of MR diffusion weight imaging to acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of diffusion weighted imaging of MRI (DWI) to the acute cerebral infarction. Methods Routine MRI (T1 flair, T2WI and T2flair) and DWI examination were performed on 26 patients with acute cerebral infarction (disease onset ＜6 h 4 cases, 6 -24 h 14 cases, 1 -7 d 8 cases). And the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map was calculated by computer. Results Four patients with onset ＜ 6 h were found nothing abnormal signals by routine MRI, but were found high signals by DWI and Iow signals by ADC.Twenty-two patients with onset 6 h -7 d were found high or little high signals by MRI T2WI, low or little low signals by T1 flair, high signals by DWI and low signals by ADC. Conclusions The lesions of acute cerebral infarction can be showed by DWI at super early stage. And the diagnostic value of DWI to acute cerebral infarction is very important.关键词
