Study on anaerobic fermentation characteristics of vinegar residue

Abstract
In this study, the anaerobic fermentation process was investigated with vinegar residue as raw material.Continuity test and all-in all-out test were carried out.The result of continuity test showed that the daily gas production maintained stable when daily feeding quantity was fixed.The average gas production rate was 0.918 m3/(m3·d), the maximum gas production rate was 1.111 m3/(m3·d).The potential gas production of vinegar residue was 8.52 kg/m3.Based on the result of all-in all-out test, the condition of volume expansion during the fermentation process was very significant.The effective fermentation volume was 1 400.93 cm3, the maximum volume expansion was 322.68 cm3 when the concentration was 4%, which accounted for 28.8% of effective fermentation volume.The anaerobic fermentation of vinegar residue has the advantages of higher degradation rate and shorter retention time.关键词
