两种无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of two tension-free herniorrhaphy in treating case with inguinal hernia. Method: The 60 cases with inguinal hernia were divided into the observing group and the control group, the observing group received the treatment of filling tension-free herniorrhaphy and the control group received the treatment of plain film herniorrhaphy. Result: The time of operation in the observing group was more than that in control group, and there was significant difference between them respectively ( P＜0.05 ). The length of stay and time of recovery to movement in the observing group was the same to that in control group ( P＞O. 05 ). The rate of cut foreign bodies sensation, uroschesis, cut hematoma, scrotum hemaroma and relapse rate in the observing group was the same to that in control group ( P＞O. 05 ). Conclusion:The effect of two tension-free herniorrhaphy in treating case with inguinal hernia is obvious,so they are worth being used reasonably.关键词
