Abstract
Objective:The author gets the message about the generation,the handling,the recovery and the medical fees of the ADR by statisticsing the type and the major clinical manifestation of ADR caused by the normal pharmacotherapy in our hospital last year. Methods: By analysing and summarizing all forms of charges on ADR in our hospital in 2008, the author has the conclusions of the medical fees on the ADR treatment. Results: The medical fees on the ADR treatment can not be ignored. Conclusion: The purpose of this article is to remind the Medical Staff to formulate and practice a treatment scheme following the principle of being effective,safe,economic and appropriate, ensure the safety in utilization of drugs, stop the drug abuse and pay attention to the harm to the patient and waste of the medical expenses caused by the ADR. The ADR increases the extra load on medical system of our country,it is harmful to the patients on the health and the economy. At the meanwhile, the government should enact the appropriate laws and regulations in order to standardize how the drug manufacture, medical institutions and patients to assume the responsibility and the costs of the ADR.关键词
