壮骨止痛方提取物对去势骨质疏松症雌鼠血清E2、BGP水平的影响
Effects of extracts from Zhuanggu Zhitong recipe on serum E2 and BGP of ovariectomized female rats with osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe effects of extracts from Zhuanggu Zhitong recipe(ZGZTR) on the serum estrogen (E2) and osteocalcin(BGP) of ovariectomized female rats with osteoporosis. Methods:Total 60 female SD rats,aged 3 months, were randomly divided into four groups: the normal group (A group), sham operation group (B group), model group(C group),ZGZTR group(D group). There were 15 rats in each group. Postmenopausal osteoporosis rats were established by removing ovaries in C and D groups. B group just be removed the corresponding volume of fat around the ovaries. Administered after 13 weeks,rats were killed and derived,the serum E2,BGP levels and pathological morphological changes of the femoral head were detected. Results:Comparing with C group,E2 levels were increased and BGP levels decreased in D group,there were significance differences(P＜0.05,P＜0.01). Pathological microscope showed:in C group,trabecular bones of femur were fewness and be damaged,the marrow cavity was expansion,trabecular bone density was significantly decreased. In A and B group,trabecular bone was distributed evenly,trabecular bone density was normal. In D group,trabecular bones distributed more evenly,trabecular bone density returned to normal.Conclusion:ZGZTR is an effective formula to treat osteoporosis by promoting the secretion of E2,regulating BGP to decrease bone conversion rate and reducing bone loss.关键词
