摘要
Abstract
Ocean energy is one kind of clean, non-polluting and abundant renewable energy.Along with the exhausting of the fossil energy and the urgent requiring on low-carbon economy and emission reduction, more and more attention is being paid on ocean energy industry in the world, there has been continuous breakthrough in various ocean energy for power technologies,among them, The British as well as western countries have already prepared for commercial use.The paper introduced the latest progress on ocean energy for power technology at home and abroad, and introduced the conditions of the projects that are constructed, under constructing and under planning.In the views of policy, R&D, fund and personnel training, the suggestion on developing ocean renewable energy was proposed.关键词
