摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of free anterolateral thigh perforator flap for extremity skin defect. Method:All cases were performed with free anterolateral thigh perforator flap to repair skin defect , 4 cases with leg bone exposures, of which 9 eases were foot dorsum skin defect , and 2 cases with hand dorsum skin defects. The flaps were harvested in 8cm×10cm-10em×22cm. Result: 15 flaps survived were followed up for six months to 2 years, Graft flap appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion:Anterolateral thigh flap has cut the area, cut parts hidden, not to cause damase to major blood vessels, the advantages of a longer vascular pedicle for the repair limbs ideal method of skin damage.关键词
