摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect of the association application of dextran 40 and urokinase in treatment small range cerebral infarcion and cooperation of them . Method: Double mind randomly selected patients,They were divided into group of dextran -40 adds urokinasum and normal saline added urokinasum, Then analyzed statistically the nerve function and curative effect before and after treatment. Result: It showed that the Dextran-40 adds urokinasum curative effect obviously better than the group of Urokinasum alone. Conclusion: The dextran-40 and urokinasum of the association application in treatment small range brain infarction is effective, It has cooperative function.关键词
