对山区城市体检人群开展中医治未病健康干预的研究
Observation Study of the Mountain City People by Treating Pre - disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Through the mountain city people treating pre - disease health interventions to evaluate the state of improvements of crowd of mountain city health, explore health interventions method of mountain city crowd. Methods: Taking double - blind manner,1,000 mountain city medical crowd were randomly divided into the interention group and control group, for everyone on the sub - health scale evaluation classification,TCM physique identification, Chinese medicine theory holistic concept and TDS as the theoretical principles, the rules were as follows: (1) not iii health, bring up; (2) slight disease to save;(3) disease take place, prevent its change;(4)after cure, prevent the recurrence”. Results: The population before and after, intervention health status changes, blood fat and blood pressure, blood sugar, liver function and other abnormal inspection index improvement, compared with controls, with significant difference ( P＜0.01 ). Conclusion: This study shows that By treating pre - disease on urban crowd health intervention, the method is effective and simple, practical, high maneuverability, the effect is remarkable, to changes and guarantee at present people healthy condition is particularly important economic and social significance,worth promotion application.关键词
