中西医结合治疗血管性头痛临床研究

摘要
Abstract
To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of vascular headache. Methods:58 cases of patients according to immediately digital table method randomly were divided into two groups: 30 cases, treatment group, giving Chinese medicine for the hydrochloric acid peiliangyou he acetamiprid injection and Fluorine guangxi work capsule treatment;The control group 28 cases of single hydrochloric acid pachycondyla he acetamiprid injection and Fluorine guangxi work capsule treatment, after two curative effect of 7d observation and transcranial doppler(TCD) changes. Results :Treatment group was better than control, the rate of efficient in treatment was 96.7. Conclusion: Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can obviously improve the curative effect of vascular headache.关键词
