摘要
Abstract
By comparing the performances of diamond segments having and not having been treated by dewaxing process before sintering, the influence of dewaxing on diamond blades was tested. It is showed that the sintering density of saw segments was increased after dewaxing treatment, the amount of granulating agent residual was reduced, and saw segments had better cutting performance. Meanwhile, production conditions of segment were improved. In addition, ultra-fine tungsten-copper alloy based saw segmsnts treatod by dewaxing process showed higher bending strength and welding strength, and improved safety performance.关键词
