小鼠膜性肾小球肾炎的形态学计量研究
Quantitative study of morphological images on membranous glomerulonephritis of mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective The pathological changes of membranous glomerulonephritis (MGN) in mices were analysed.Method MGN model in mice was established.The pathological changes were observed and quantitative study by light microscope( LM )and electronic microscope(EM).Result Observation showed that pathology group has typical MGN pathological changes.Quantitative study of LM and EM images showed that pathology group were remarkable different from those of the control group.Conclusion Quantitative analysis could objectively reflex the glomerulus pathological changes of glomerulonephritis, and provide some reference for the study of pathologenesis 、clinical diagnosis and therapy of mice glomerulonephritis.关键词
