青蒿素及其衍生物抗肝癌研究进展
Progress in the Research on the Anti - Hepatic Carcinoma Ability of Artermisinin
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Artemisia and its derivatives on hepatocarcinoma. Methods:Review the inhibitory effect and the prospect of Artemisia and its derivatives on hepatocarcinoma by searching relevant literature and organizing experimental data in vivo and vitro in recent years. Results:Artemisia and its derivatives can inhibit hepatocarcinoma growth whether in vivo and vitro experiment or clinical practice, they play anti - tumor effect by inducing apoptosis, inhibiting cell proliferation, inhibiting angiogenesis, and producing free radicals. Conclusion: Artemisia and its derivatives have obvious anti - hepatocarcinoma activities,it is expected to become the new anti - hepatocarcinoma drug of high efficiency and low toxicity.关键词
