摘要
Abstract
Objective: Preliminary developed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients report circulating ending scale and preliminarily assessment. Methods:Refers to scale development program specification, the selection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with stable as research object, the research work group, established in Chinese medicine theory model guidance, comprehensive literature study, expert consultation and group discussion, etc. , on a questionnaire related concept definition, constructing questionnaire stmetttre,the formation of entries pool and field screening, and through 100 patients pre -register survey, using Cronbach alpha' s on validity evaluation, field and the entries correlations between content validity analysis and principal component analysis and factor analysis of structural validity. Results: Initially developed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients report circulating ending scale including 3 fields 17 entries, questionnaire survey reliability analysis beforehand Cronbaeh alpha coefficients 0.839 ' s, content validity analysis each field and contains entries with correlation coefficients of 0.5 above,laetor analysis of extraction of 5 factor. Conclusion: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable patients report ending inventory field structure and set up reasonable entries, reliability and eontent validity is good, the structural validity generally.关键词
