Abstract
Objective To determine the expression of HPV16/18 E6 and FHIT protein in cervical cancer,and the relationship between their expressions.Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expression of HPV16/18 E6 and FHIT protein in 10 normal cervices as well as 40 cervical cancers.Results The expression of HPV16/18 E6 protein in cervical cancer was much higher than that in the normal tissues.The expression of FHIT protein in cervical cancer was much lower than that in the normal tissues.The expression of HPV16/18 E6 protein were correlated with FHIT protein.Conclusion The missing expression of FHIT protein is associated with cervical cancer,it may be regarded as the screening index for HPVl6/18-positive patients.关键词
