摘要

Abstract

Determination of cadmium in plant samples was studied by ICP-MS using microwave digestion and platen heating digestion.Under the proposed conditions, the average recovery rates were in the range of 93.6%~97.4% by microwave digestion method.If the samples were pretreated by platen heating digestion, the recovery rates were between 90.1%~92.9%.The results showed that the detection linut for microwave digestion was 0.007μg/g while the detection limit for platen heating digestion was 0.01μg/g.It is thus concluded that the microwave digestion method is with better recovery rate, low detection limit, and can be better applied in the area of the determination for cadmium in plant samples.
