Abstract
Objective: To discuss the relationship of group B streptocceus and premature rapture of membranes by polymerase chain reaction （ PCR). Method: 316 cases of pregnant women to take reproductive tract bacterial culture for group B streptococcus screening results were summarized as the control group,316 eases of pregnant women on the same genital group B streptococcal screening and summarizing results by PCR were summarized as the study group; compared the accuracy of screening results in two groups. Then in accordance with the results, 316 cases of pregnant women were divided into screening positive and negative groups, then analyzed the relationship of group B streptococcus and premature rupture of membranes. Re.suit: Reproductive tract in control group B streptococcus positive test accuracy was 76.53％, the study group was 98.98％; The incidence of premature rupture of membranes in positive group was 29.59％ ,the negative group was 11.93％. Conclusion: PCR detection rate was significantly higher than that of bacterial culture,early detection of group B streptococcus infection of reproductive tract can effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes.关键词
