奥美沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性中度高血压疗效观察

Abstract
To observe the effectiveness and adverse reaction of olmesartan associated with amlodipine for patients with primary moderate hypertension, make a comparison with the therapy of benazapril associated with hydrochlorothiazide. Method: 80 primary moderate hypertension patients diagnosed in our hospital between December 2009 and April 2010 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were given olmesartan(40mg,once per 8am) associated with amlodipine( 10mg,once per 8am) oral administrations control group were given benazapril(20mg,once per 8am) associated with hydrochlorothiazide(25mg, once per 8am) omi administrations which lasted for 4 weeks. Every subject was measured blood pressure before and after the treatment, and observed adverse reaction may appeared. After the treatment, made a comparisonin aspects of effectiveness and adverse reaction between two Stoups. Result: There was significant difference in effectiveness of two therapies, and the treatment group adverse reaction was lighter than that in control group. Conclusion: The therapy of olmesartan associated with amlodipine is more effective than the therapy of benazapril associated with hydrochlorothiazide, also reduce the adverse reaction.关键词
