黑龙江茴鱼(Thymallus arcticus grubei Dybowski)的细胞遗传学分析

摘要
Abstract
Metaphase chromosome specimens of Thymallus arcticus grubei Dybowsk injected with PHA and colchicin were prepared from short - term culture of kidney cells with air - drying technique. It' s diploid chromosome number was 2n = 92. The karyotype was composed of 36m, lOsm, 8st and 38t chromosomes, NF = 138. It's diploid nucleus DNA content was measured from the somatic cell of T. a. grubei using flow cytometer( Beckman cellLab Quant, made in USA) and the DNA content (2.3 pg/N) of erythrocytes of chick ( Callus sp) as standard. The T. a. grubei DNA content was 5.03 pg/N. According to the present results and reported date, T. a. grubei is possibly an tetraploid(4n).关键词
