双炉膛直流炉蒸发系统的分布参数建模
Modeling distributed parameters in evaporation system with twin-furnace once-through boiler

Abstract
Model of non-uniformly distribution in two-dimensional surfaces of water-wall tubes was established by the real-time 3D temperature distribution, and the variation of evaporation system with distributed parameters in a twin-furnace once-through boiler was determined by using the visualization of monitoring combustion.The imaginary wall surface was put forward to simplify the twin-furnace problem, and the correctness of the method was proved by the simulation.The results show that the metal temperature close to the twin-furnace is higher than that close to the edge which is consistent with measured data, and the maximum relative difference is 8.56% at 90% BMCR (boiler maximum continue rate).It is suggested that the theoretical results agree well with the operating status of power plants.关键词
