陕西不同品种银杏叶水解氨基酸的测定与分析
Comparison of the Contents of Amino Acid in the Leaves of Different Varieties of Ginkgo in Shaanxi
摘要
Abstract
The contents of amino acid in the leaves of 10 major varieties of Ginkgo in Shaanxi were texted and analyzed by 121MB amino acid analyzer,and the contents were clustered and analyzed by DPS. Seventeen amino acids were found in leaves, including 7 essential ones( Thr, Val, Met, Ileu, Leu, Phe and His), and three medical use ones( Asp, Glu and Arg). Among the ten varieties, variety C94-53,SL30 and SL32 were the fine varieties.关键词
