Abstract
A kind of fuzzy self-adaptive proportion integration differentiation (PID) control system is designed to meet the temperature control demand for the process of high frequency induction brazing of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) tools. 1 B51 and AC1226 are used to carry out the K-type thermocouple temperature measuring and signals processing. And the paper gives out the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller's working principle, design methods and software flows based on digital signal processor (DSP). The experimental results prove that the system have better dynamic and static performance; it could meet the practical needs.关键词
