北京城区社区医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的认知及管理状况调查
Cognitive level and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community doctors in Beijing urban

Abstract
Objective To get know the cognitive level and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in community doctors in Beijing urban. Methods A questionnaire of COPD was designed under the guideline of COPD experts, and then used in the community doctors who had taken part in the continuing education classes for 4 times held by the Beijing Community Health Association from Jan. to June in 2010. The survey content included the cognitive level of COPD, knowledge on medicinal used in treatment, cognition on the education and management of COPD at stable stage by community doctors, their desire or ability for taking care COPD patients, and the expectation on COPD special training and improvement of community health stations. Results Among 865 doctors 72.9％ of them thought that COPD should be listed into community management of chronic diseases, 54.6％ believed that community stations could manage COPD patient well, 55.8％ have not accepted COPD special training, 34％ - 40％ knew COPD nature, 23％ understood the standard of COPD severity grades, only 74 doctors (8.6％) believed that they have been aware of current and common inhalation and its usages, 80％ thought that the patients with COPD at stable stage were needed long-term treatment, but 76.1％ did not know the therapeutic plan and could not give standardized treatment, and over 70％ understood the importance of health education, no-smoking, nutrition status and psychological counseling towards the recovery of the patients, but only 40％ have given the health education to the patients. Conclusion Most of community doctors know the importance of management of COPD at stable stage, and are willing to improve the management. Currently the community management of COPD patients has not been carried out effectively due to limited special knowledge and shortage of manpower.It is request to promote the levels of cognition and management of COPD in community doctors.关键词
