Effect of Alternate Partial Root-zone Irrigation with Reclaimed Water on Heavy Metals Accumulation and Distribution in Potato
摘要
Abstract
The impacts of the root zone drying irrigation of reclaimed water on heavy metal content and distribution of potato was studied by field experiments. The results showed that the accumulation of heavy metals in the potato is as follows: Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd, under different irrigation treatments. The distribution trend of Cd within the potato is that stems>leaves, roots>>fruit. The distribution trend of Pb within the potato is that leaf>root>>stem, fruit. The distribution trend of Cu within the potato is that stem>leaves>roots>fruit. The distribution trend of Zn within the potato is that stems>fruits>roots, leaves.The content of Zn, Cu, Pb and Cd in potato fruit is lower than the national standards of heavy metals in food under different treatments. Therefore, it is safe to use the recycled water combing with water-saving irrigation technology on the potato.关键词
