Abstract
Objective: To discuss the nursing procedure in the invasive treatment for thrombus of lower limb deep vein.Methods: Fifty-two patients with thrombus of lower limb deep vein were included in the present study.These patients underwent operations of the filter insertion in the inferior vena cava and the therapy of the intra-catheter thrombolysis.Nursing actions were performed during periods of pre-, intra- and post-operations.Results: Forty out of the 84 (80％) patients were welt-healed, and the remaining 18 patients got efficacious result.Conclusion: Insertion of the inferior vena cava filter and the therapy of the intra-catheter thrombolysis can effectively re-canalize the vasa, as well as the careful nursing work can lower the incidence of the complications.关键词
