摘要
Abstract
Objective By detecting the levels of matenal serum cancer antigen ( CA125 ), alpha fetoprotein ( AFP ) and placental growth factor ( PLGF ) in different types of placental abruption, we discussed the relationship among them, so as to provide scientific foundation for predicting and early diagnosis of placental abruption. Methods CA125 and AFP were tested using MEIA method, and PLGF was detected by ELISA. Results Compared with patients with mild placental abruption, the mean level of CA125 and AFP of the patients complicating with severe placental abruption was significantly higher( t ＝ 6.20,2.72 ,P ＜ 0.05 ), but the mean level of PLGF was remarkably lower ( t ＝2.71 ,P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Predicting placental abruption by detecting CA125, AFP and PLGF has some clinical value.关键词
