Abstract
Objective: To summarize the pharmacoeconomic analysis situation of Levofloxacin and Gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods: From November 2009 to April 2010 in our hospital, the 143 cases of bacterial infections were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases of group A were treated with Levofloxacin, and 73 cases of group B were treated with Gatifloxacin, the pharmacoeconomic situation of two groups were compared. Results: The obvious effective rate of group A was 87.1 ％ and group B was 97.3 ％, there was significant difference between two groups (x2 =5. 1515 ,P＜0.05); the cost effectiveness ratio (C/E) of group A and B were 1.40 and 4.84, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (△ C/△ E) was 34.23. Conclusion: Gatifloxacin in treatment of bacterial infections has higher cure rate and better clinical efficacy, but Levofloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections has economic advantages of drug, should be suitable for patients to choose drugs.关键词
