无创正压通气的高龄患者的心理因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the psychology of senile patients who receive NIPPV. Methods:Using SCL-90 we make a investigation for 30 senile patients who have been diagnosed and now under therapy. Results: The grade of bodyness, depression, dumps, funk and psychosis symptom are higher than normal for senile people who receive NIPPV,thus the difference makes sense (p＜0.05 or p＜0.01). For the further senile patients , the grade of depression ,dumps and psychosis symptom are higher than the senile patients ,the difference also makes sense. (p＜0.05 or p＜0.01). Conclusion: NIPPV senile patients have serious cognization ,apperceive and psychosis drawbacle.关键词
