灌木柳无性系苗期耐盐性指标的筛选和综合评价
Selection of Identification Index and Comprehensive Evaluation of Salt Tolerance at Seeding Stage of Shrub Willow Clones

Abstract
Six clones of shrub willow at seeding stage were used to evaluate and select identification index of salt tolerance. Indices related to the seedling growth and physiology were measured under salt stree, including plant height, root length, net photosynthetic, chlorophyll and malondialdehyde contents. Principal component and subordinate function analyses were used in the selection and evaluation. The order of salt tolerance of 6 clones was JW2345>JW2372>JW22-2>JW51-3>JW1065>JW2334. Plant height, relative water content and transpiration could be used as salt-tolerance evaluation indices. A significant correlation between predictive value (VP) and D was also found.关键词
