Tissue Culture and Plantlet Regeneration of Betula pendula
摘要
Abstract
One year old stem of axillary buds of introduced European Betula pendula was used as explants,and WPM as basal medium to carry out in vitro culture to select optimal medium, hormone type and portfolio concentration.The results showed that.the best medium for in vitro culture was WPM+2.0 mg ·L-1 6-BA, and the rooting medium was WPM+ NAA 0.5 mg · L-1 +IBA 0.2 mg· L-1.关键词
