摘要

Abstract

In this paper, considering the cascade relationship among meshing stiffness, body stiffness and tooth stiffness in single - tooth meshing case,a finite element model of the pair of meshed gear is developed, and the meshing stiffness, the body stiffness, and tooth stiffness are computed,respectively. Then the average meshing stiffness is obtained by introduction of coincidence coefficient.Furthermore,the influence of the distance between centrepoints of the pair of meshed gear upon the average meshing stiffness is analyzed,and a conclusion is drawn out that when the distance decreases gradually from its normal value, the average meshing stiffness increases slowly; and when the distance increases gradually from the normal value,the average meshing stiffness reduces evidently.
