冷超声乳化白内障吸除手术治疗硬核白内障的临床观察
Clinical study of cool phacoemulsification in hard cataract
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Evaluating the clinical effects of the cool phacoemulsification in patients with hard cataract. Methods: 58 patients (65eyes) with hard cataract received cool phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The follow-up time is from 1 to 6 months. Results: The visual acuity of cool phacoemulsification group below 0.1 was only in 1 eye (1.5 ％) after 1 week.; the corneal endothelium density of cool phacoemulsification group reduced 9.3％; broken bags were 4 eyes (6.9％) in operations, and 2 of those (3.4％) were not implanted intraocular lens,2 of those (3.4％) were implanted in posterior chamber; corneal edema were 5 eyes (8.6％). Conclusion: The cool phacoemulsification in patients with hard cataract were better visual acuity, smaller trauma and few syndrome etc.关键词
