Abstract
Objective: To analyze the causes of outpatient complaint and its preventive measurements. Methods: Based on the analysis of the relevant outpatient complaint data from March, 2005 to June, 2007, find out the risk factors causing the complaint. Results: Bad service attitude, low sense of responsibility, ineffective communications and consultation processes are the main causes of these complaints. Conclusion: Analysis of the causes of outpatient complaints and its preventive measures, greatly improve the quality of hospital management.关键词
