Abstract
Objective: To study the antithrombotic effect of Longshe Rongshuan Chongji on animal thrombosis. Methods: Administering the Longshe Rongshuan Chongji in venous thrombosis model and arterial thrombosis model in rats. The Longshe Rongshuan Chongji was given via intragastric administration at 0.80g/kg/d、0.30g/kg/d, Xuesetong tablets 0.03g/kg/d was used as positive control, 0.85％ saline was used as negative control to observe the thrombolytic effects Results: It was showed that moist weights of venous thrombosis, arterial thrombosis were markedly lightened compared with 0. 85％ of the saline group (p＜0. 05). Conclusion: The Longshe Rongshuan Chongji has obvious thrombolytic effect on experimental thrombosis, indicating its potential clinical application values.关键词
