针刺"四海之腧"治疗急性缺血性中风的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Four Seas'Shu on acute ischemic stroke.Methods :59 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the Four Seas'Shu (29) and blank control (30) groups and gave corresponding treatment respectively. Compared the scores of NIHSS, the clinical effect and the changes of objective indexes such as fibrinogen (FIB), lipoprotein (Lpa), c - reactive protein (Crp) and homocysteine (HCY) between two groups. Results: ( 1 ) After treatment the scores of NIHSS between two groups both dropped differently (P ＜0. 01 ), but the Four Seas'Sbu group declined more than control group(P ＜0. 01 ); (2) There was statistically difference on clinical effect between the two groups(P ＜0. 01 ),and the efficacy of Four Seas'Shu was better than the control group; (3)After treatment the objective indexes of Four Seas' Shu group dropped all into different levels ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), while the control group had hardly changes except the Crp (P ＞ 0. 05 )and the Crp values of Four Seas'Shu declined significantly greater than Control group (P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The Acupuncture Four Seas' Shu has definitely clinical effect on acute ischemic stroke and also effectively reduce the level of risk factors for stroke.关键词
