农村地区儿童养育者喂养行为影响因素研究
Qualitative investigation on influencing factors of feeding behavior in poor rural areas of China

Abstract
Objective To investigate the feeding knowledge mastered by caregivers and their feeding behaviors on children under 3 years old in rural areas of China, and to explore the influencing factors of caregivers' feeding behaviors. Methods Three counties including Huize in Yunnan, Pan in Guizhou and Luonan in Shaanxi were selected as the study areas. Group discussion was made to investigate the feeding knowledge and behaviors of caregivers of children under 3 years old and of local health workers. Results 336 subjects participated in the discussion, and local caregivers had enough knowledge about the breastfeeding. But low rate existed in early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding. There were 95.0％ health workers preferring to initiation of breastfeeding one hour after delivery, and all of mothers and grandmothers preferring to that three days after delivery. When infants were thirsty, there were only 4.0％ mothers, 0.9％grandmothers and 11.5％ health workers selecting breastfeeding. The time and ways to add complementary food were not appropriate,which was related with the local customs and lack of scientific feeding knowledge. Conclusion The feeding behaviors of caregivers were influenced by multiple factors. Targeted intervention should be implemented to increase feeding knowledge of caregivers, to correct their improper behaviors and to improve the feeding conditions of children under 3 years old in rural areas in China.关键词
