双吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility of anal preserving for low rectal cancer and the effect of total mesorectal excision(TME) with double stapling technique(DST). Methods 118 Patients with low rectal cancer from 2000 to 2010 were treated by low anterior resection of the rectal carcinoma in which TME and DST were used. Results No operative death was noted. Anastomotic fistula and anastomotic stenosis were found in 4 patients (3.38％) and 12 patients (10. 17％). respectively. Local recurrence was noted in eight patients (6.7 ％ ). No dysuria and sexual dysfunction occurred. Conclusion TME with DST is a safe and effective operation method to reserving anus operation in lower rectal cancer. It can reduce postoperative Iocal recurrence rate and obviously improve the anus success rate.关键词
