摘要

Abstract

The pressurized stripper with side-draw is one of the key units in the process of coal-gasification wastewater treatment. There are some problems in the present control scheme, such as unstable operation. The dynamic characteristics of the stripping process were revealed and the capabilities of disturbance rejection and the responses for abnormal situations that may occur in real plant were discussed with dynamic simulation. The deficiency of the present control scheme was analyzed and an alternative scheme was proposed. The simulation and real industrial application demonstrate the advantages of the process in which the plant can run smoothly in a long term, the product quality indexes can be controlled simply and stably, and the system has low steam consumption and strong anti-disturbance ability.
