Robust design method in motion work
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of the performance changing by the tolerance of the parameter in the design program and manufacturing program, a robust design method of optimization is used in the swing block four-bar linkage design by optimizing the robustness of both the system's objective function and constraint conditions.Compared to the traditional optimal of the parameter design in the swing block four-bar linkage and the parameter of the robust optimal design, the robust design parameter displays a significant stability in performance when the value of the crank and rock section changed.Example shows that the robust optimal design method can effectively reduce the fluctuations of parameters changing to the performance of the machanism.It is an effective way to solve such problem.关键词
