摘要
Abstract
Objective:discuss the repair and means of deformities of nose in unilateral cleft lip's deformities.Methods:To repair deformities nose of unilateral cleft lip with secondary problem of 265 cases, to make synthesis treatment according to different case in such as are incision of nosewing,combined incision of columella with shape of bird and nosewing,and excision of lunular skin of nosewing's vault position on illness'side and etc, Results:cracked extent of unilateral cleft lip proportional to extent of nose's deformities,means of repair is intricacy and multiplicity.Conclusion:The main reason effected deformities of nose of chapped lips is not to pay great attention and not redressed on deformities of nose as initial repair of chapped lips, the repair on deformities of nose of chapped lips need to be symmetrical design on cartilage of nosewing with esthetics analysis,so that to obtain esthetics effect.关键词
